Rojo Integrations collaborated with Euro Pool System (EPS) to take on an integration and master data management challenge revolving around SAP Customer and Vendor Data. Specifically, the challenge was to redesign the Masterdata management part of a critical legacy solution to a compact application for Customer Vendor management.
To tackle this challenge and meet EPS's specific requirements, Rojo and EPS joined forces and created an intuitive and user-fiendly interface on top of SAP backend. This application, called MD4SAP (Master Data for SAP), streamlines tasks such as creating, updating, integrating, and managing customers and vendors.
Leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including apps, flows, and approvals, alongside components such as SAP Middleware and Azure DevOps for “Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery”, Rojo ensured a robust solution to ensure seamless communication with SAP systems.

The project commenced with a thorough assessment of EPS's existing infrastructure and workflows, particularly focusing on replacing and augmenting the legacy tool for vendor management integration with SAP, Rojo's team adopted a sprint-planning approach, breaking down the development process into manageable iterations. Each sprint cycle encompassed feature development, and stakeholder feedback incorporation. After thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT), the solution seamlessly transitioned into production.

• User Adoption: Currently +/- 150 of users and growing, distributed across multiple authorization and approval groups, actively utilize MD4SAP.
• Data Management: approximately 10% of the current actors are created via MD4SAP
• User Statistics: MD4SAP is currently managed from 15 countries, divided among 29 sales organizations within EPS, and managing customers and vendors in 48 different countries (both within and outside of Europe).
• Operational Efficiency: 15.000 updates are processed monthly through MD4SAP, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.
